CDA launches “Citizen Inspection Survey”

CDA (Capital Development Authority) launched the “Citizen Inspection Survey”, a medium that allows the citizens of Islamabad to put forward any of their complaints or concerns regarding the city. Through this survey, CDA aims to improve the delivery of its services, recognize the citizens’ criticism and concerns, and resolve them timely.

The survey requires citizens to fill out their personal information before filing a complaint, for example, their name, email, contact number, CNIC number, and location. Once the form is submitted, volunteers and CDA workers will inspect the area of concern and take further action as required.

The survey is to be utilized by the authority to get acquainted with the problems regarding the general infrastructure of the city, from the roads to the street lights, parks, sewerage systems, cleanliness, green belts, sanitation, and plantation. Citizens can put forth complaints regarding their area of residence as well.

Through this direct mode of communication between the citizens and CDA, it can begin to understand their expectations and the major areas of concern.
