Prime minister Imran Khan is visiting Gwadar, Balochistan today (5th July) to review CPEC projects.
During his long day visit, the Prime Minister will review the progress on ongoing developmental projects at Gwadar. PM Imran will be accompanied by provincial and federal cabinet members & officials during this visit.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will also be overseeing the ground-breaking for several mega CPEC projects including North Gwadar Free Zones, enterprises in Gwadar Free Zone, Gwadar expo building, and other factories along with foundation laying ceremony for various projects like the desalination plant. Gwadar Free Zone Phase 1 was on 60 acres while Phase II which is on 2200 acres which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Imran Khan today.
He will also inaugurate the 1.2bn gallon water supply project and is expected to witness an agreement related for a solar generator from China.
In Prime Minister’s previous visit to Gwadar in April, he inaugurated many road projects. Imran Khan will address a ceremony today and interact with the local community.
