The Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit received the first quarterly report of the public courts of 32 Federal Agencies. At the direction of the Prime Minister, PMDU (Prime Minister Delivery Unit) reported that 32 Federal Agencies held 955 E-Kacheris.
As stated in the report, 4842 complaints, out of the total 6811 complaints were resolved in the courts of federal agencies. Numerous public complaints have been sent to the concerned officers for resolution. A total of 10,060 public awareness questions on Federal Agencies were answered. The Public hearings were conducted through Facebook Live, and live telephone calls were attended. In conformity with the report, the Heads of the institutions held Public Hearings.
PMDU reported that the performance of the Ministry of Education, Communication Subsidiaries, Motorway Police, NHA (National Highway Authority), and NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) has been appreciated. According to the Report, Pakistan Medical Commission has warned the Railway Officials on poor performance. The PM Delivery Unit has instructed the institutions to improve their performance.
