Zulfi expresses gratitude on appointment

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday appointed Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari as his advisor on International Media with immediate effect.
“With the approval of the Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, it is notified that Mr. Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari is hereby appointed as Advisor to Chairman on International Media with immediate effect,” said a notification issued by PTI General Secretary Omar Ayub.
Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari is one of the closest aide of Imran Khan and had served in his cabinet during the previous government tenure of the PTI.
Zulfikar Bukhari commonly known as Zulfi Bukhari had served as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources for more than three years during the previous tenure of Imran Khan’s government.
Taking to twitter, Zulfi Bukhari extended gratitude to Imran Khan and Omar Ayub for reposing confidence in him for “added responsibility” in such testing time for PTI.
“I’ll do my best to meet nation’s expectations in making sure world knows about the tyranny & fascism prevalent in Pakistan,” he said, adding the goal was for a stable, democratic and progressive Pakistan.
