7 RAW-operated attackers neutralized in foiled terror attacks in Mach Balochistan

Majeed Brigade targeted town with rockets

The Security Forces thwarted three coordinated terror attacks in Mach town, Balochistan, on Monday night, resulting in the neutralization of what the interim information minister Balochistan said some “seven RAW-operated attackers”.

According to Achakzai, the situation has been stabilized in the area.

He lauded the relentless determination of the security forces that led to the elimination of seven terrorists.

Achakzai commended the swift action taken by the Pakistan Army and Frontier Constabulary Balochistan, emphasizing the safety of citizens.

He shared a picture of one of the deceased militants, underscoring the successful clearance operation in Mach.

The militants had targeted various locations, firing at least 15 rockets from nearby mountains, which exploded in different areas of Mach town.

Targets included a security forces camp near the central jail and the Mach railway station.

Reports suggested an attack on a police station in the Gokrt area, promptly thwarted by levies and security forces.

While the attack plunged Mach town into darkness and temporarily suspended traffic on the Quetta-Sibi Highway, Achakzai assured no damage to installations or casualties among security forces.

Railway personnel and a truck driver sustained injuries, and conflicting reports emerged regarding casualties.

The situation in Mach has stabilized following the security forces’ unwavering response, preventing the terrorists’ retreat.

Despite propaganda support and advice from external sources, the attackers failed to achieve their malicious objectives.
